Frequently asked questions
How do I add a shift?
Open Schedule, tap a date, choose a shift, and save. Use Fill multiple days to enter the same shift across a date range. Existing shifts and notes in that range will be replaced.
Why hasn't the widget updated?
The app requests a widget refresh after you save a change. iOS may take some time to display it. Open NurseCycle again and check the schedule and widget.
How do I change shift hours?
Open Settings to edit the start and end times for Day, Evening, and Night shifts.
How do I delete my data?
Delete an individual entry in its date editor, or use Settings → Delete all shifts. Deleted schedule entries cannot be recovered from the app.

When reporting an issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. You do not need to send your schedule or private notes.
